Betting Note: Betting amounts are based on confidence level. My normal betting amounts are $125, $250 & $500, although I will go as low as $62.50 and as high as $1,000 on occasion. My most common bet is $125 and if you classify that as 1 unit, then I have made a 667.93 unit profit from 2014-2020. (full stats)

E/W (Each-Way) bets means you split that amount. So if it is a $250 E/W bet, that means $125 on them to win, $125 on them to place (Usually in the Top 5).

Hi all,

First if you are wondering about Wyndham Championship betting tips I decided to skip this week.

For those unaware we had the 150/1 Cameron Champ for $125 on the PGA Championship. If he won I was cashing $11k and even if he only placed top 8 it was still $1800 which isn’t anything to sneeze at. Alas he was joint 1st the majority of the tournament then ended up collapsing and finishing out of the top 8.

It wasn’t all bad for the tournament though which I’ll talk about next time I do tips. However I felt I just needed a little break after that – didn’t want to feel like I was chasing or anything.

So I’ll be back soon and meanwhile this is a placeholder for the 2020 US Open Betting Tips & Odds.

The 2020 US Open was initially scheduled for June 18-21 but hey someone had to eat a bat and it has been postponed. It will now take place from September 17th through the 20th and will be at the initial location which is the Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamoreneck, New York.

After winning the tournament two years in a row, Gary Woodland was able to pick up his first win over Brooks Koepka in 2019. Brooks was runner up there.

Here’s the current odds as of August 13th, 2020:

US Open 2020 Betting Tips:

My betting tips will be posted much closer to the event. Likely on Tuesday, September 15th 2020 so be sure to subscribe via e-mail below so you can get an e-mail when my tips are posted.

We do have history for this event and this course based on the fact that this course has hosted the US Open multiple times over the years.

Putting will be interesting here with it the Poa Annua which can make or break players. Tiger himself said they are some of the toughest he has faced. You’ve got some real thin fairways too. Driving accuracy is a factor I am looking at for sure.

Things will of course be different but it will be an interesting tournament. Looking forward to it.

Since 2014 I've been providing free golf tips on a weekly basis. Each tournament analysis, research and writing the betting tips takes over 10 hours per tournament. That doesn’t include watching each tournament and taking notes etc. It's why I do less and less non-PGA tips these days.

I’ve delivered a lot of big winners over the years, and all I ask is if you appreciate the work I put in and so I can continue to keep the tips free, a donation is highly recommended and much appreciated.

While I obviously make enough money from my golf bets, this sort of financial support would motivate me to write more content on here. This would include golf prop bets like first round leader, head vs head and much more plus daily fantasy golf articles. Cheers!
